Step #2: Pricing and Contract
We have flexible pricing models that cater to the deal and to your needs and expectations. Lakeland can combine general contracting services and real estate services under one roof to maximize your return, streamline communication, and ensure deadlines are met.
After closing your investment, we will have our teams ready to go on getting started with demo, cleaning, and construction. We will create a game plan, a schedule, and have all materials ready to order as soon as we have the green light to move forward. We understand time is not only money, time is everything.

Lakeland restores and builds properties with the vision of the end home-owner in mind. We want to create a space that not only works with the numbers, but provide a house that an end buyer would be proud to call home. As we wrap up construction, pictures, final touches, and cleaning will take place to maximize the marketability of your investment. We handle all the showings, advertising, open houses, contract negotiations, and contract deadlines to ensure a smooth transaction.
