1. Tell us your vision
Get connected to schedule an in-person meeting with you and understand the full scope of your project needs and desires.
2. Send you a free quote
We want our clients to be as educated on the front end of a project as much as possible. That is why we draft a free detailed estimates based on your vision. We do the absolute best to budget accurately so no unexpected up-charges arise later. This estimate will include timeline expectations as well.
3. Contract and deposit
We will draft a tailored contract for your project that both parties will sign. Upon signing, you will be sent an invoice for the aggreed amount.
4. Begin working on your vision
Lakeland Building Partners will be responsible for hiring and coordinating all labor and materials needed for your project. We will set expectations and dates on a shared schedule.
5. Completion and review
Once the project is complete, we will coordinate an in person meeting with you to review the work done. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the craftsmanship and quality of service before closing out.
